We guarantee that every product we sell is original. If you have reason to believe a product is not genuine, please contact us immediately at +234 701 643 6018 before opening or using the product. We will investigate the claim and, if proven to be an error on our end, we will replace the product and cover all logistics costs.
1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective due to transit issues:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Please provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged packaging and product.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of the damaged goods.
2. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product (e.g., wrong viscosity like 5W-30 instead of 0W-20, or wrong brand), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover the return shipping of the incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of automotive fluids, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer after delivery.
- Products returned without prior authorization or outside the 48-hour reporting window.
- Change-of-mind returns (e.g., buying the wrong size or viscosity by mistake). Please ensure you select the correct product specifications before checkout.
3. Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For bank transfers, it may take additional time depending on your bank's processing speeds.
