1. Delivery Coverage
We offer nationwide delivery across all 36 states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the FCT.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Large orders (carton loads or trailer-loads) may require 3 to 5 business days for processing and logistics arrangement.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/volume of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times
- Lagos & Major Cities: 2 - 4 business days
- Other State Capitals: 4 - 7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7 - 10 business days
Note: These are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, road conditions, or logistics partner constraints.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the goods, the logistics partner will contact you to reschedule. If the package is returned to us due to an unresponsive customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees and any subsequent redelivery charges.
